Return and refund policy

At Jsfaa, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• It must include all original tags and packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to start a return
Email us at aljsfaa.usa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide you with return instructions.

⚠️ Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at aljsfaa.usa@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items and gift cards
• Personal care/hygiene products
• Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
For a faster exchange, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order separately once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at aljsfaa.usa@gmail.com.
